Shido DEX V3 concentrated liquidity pools are now successfully running on the Shido testnet layer. We invite all users to explore the features and functionality of these new liquidity pools.

Shido Pools enable liquidity providers to allocate liquidity within a specific price range for a trading pair, rather than across the entire price curve. This allows a much larger portion of the user’s deposited liquidity to be actively used in swaps.

By allocating liquidity on the price range where trading is most active, liquidity providers can significantly increase the number of swaps utilizing their liquidity. When providers select the optimal price range, yields can be amplified by as much as 100 to 200 times.

This results in greater rewards for liquidity providers, improved capital efficiency within the protocol, and reduced price impact for traders.

Following a successful testing phase, Shido will proceed with deploying these new pools on the Shido Network mainnet.
